We
represent clients in the United States and abroad in
consular processing. We appear on behalf of our clients
before the Immigration and Naturalization Service and
provide guidance in all matters relating to immigration
including naturalization (citizenship), visas, adoptions,
legal permanent residence (Green Cards) through family
and employment, including L, H1B, E, P and O visas.
Our clients are employers, seeking help for employees
and individuals who wish to work and live in the U.S.
Ms. Schwartz has been a member of American Immigration
Lawyer's Association since 1995 and has extensive experience
with all aspects of immigration law. Our attorneys and
staff are bilingual in Spanish and English.
